Everything was very comfortable and I loved sauna. Very good service from all the competent staff that I interacted with. Central location of this world-class hotel was a bonus. You could walk to a mall and a main shopping street.

The views from the room are great. The proximity to the center and in turn being at the top of a mountain, is separated from the noise, super quiet. Quick access on foot and by car. Perfect staff treatment, from the reception to the cleaning staff. Fantastic treatment. Perfect cleanliness. Hotel condition and perfect room. Pool facilities, correct. Spacious room. Spacious hotel facilities such as hall, restaurant, etc.

20 for breakfast perhaps a bit high although they had a great variety at the buffet, no complaints about that. Good breakfast. 20 euros per day for the car could be adjusted. Restaurant la Pergola was very hot. Corridors too long due to the construction of the hotel, as it is wide, if you get the final rooms, you have at least 25 meters of corridor or more. I would change the red carpet in the corridor, its condition is not up to the rest of the facilities.

An incredible stay that completely exceeded all my expectations, my partner and I stayed only one night (which was incredibly short). The hotel is very big, with really beautiful facilities. We had a good time discovering everything the hotel had to offer, the cleaning was total, absolutely nothing was dirty or anything like that. The service was fantastic. We were treated like real kings and always ready to give you a hand with the least bit of nonsense or doubt you might have. We were very unlucky because the weather was horrendous when we stayed, even so, due to how well we were in the hotel and especially in the luxury suite we stayed in (with a fantastic hydro-massage bath) the day went by in the blink of an eye. I know that this is going to please you, but in my opinion, it is fantastic, "wood" style colours, a little darker room... these details that make you invitingly see the room with a luxury vision... I loved it. Above all, the BED stands out. I've never been in a more comfortable bed in my whole life. It was simply incredible, 2x2 meters of sky which we will miss a lot. The only thing I regret is that I only went one night and I could not enjoy the facilities that the hotel had as the gym or spa because of my lack of material! :'(

If I had to put a glue on something, it would be in the shower. We were in suite 14 without a balcony. Sometimes boiling water would come out and cold. You should look into fixing the problem. Still, the bathroom was so cool and luxurious that anything bad you overlooked. Maybe the parking fee is a little steep.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, we had a lovely relaxing stay here for 3 nights. Rooms was spacious and views of the montains from our third floor room were absolutely stunning to wake up to each morning. Short walking distance to lovely restaurants and supermarket which had everything you could possibly need.

Feel that parking should be free for hotel guests.

Impressive, an incredible hotel, friendly, professional, detail-oriented... there are no words to describe our stay, we stayed in room 302 this Saturday, a luxury room, big, clean, the bed a wonder...was our anniversary and we were given champagne and chocolates, the perfect spa, the beautiful pool, the perfect location, the parking is 20 euros I do not know what the problem when there are criticisms about the price, I left the car two days because we left on Sunday at the last minute and only charged that amount and I could use the services of the hotel all Sunday, my wife and I are to go to four or five star hotels and like this very very few, all the staff deserve a ten for professionalism and kindness, they always receive you with a smile, no doubt if I go back to Andorra I will come back and anyone who asks me will recommend it, the only bad thing is not being able to stay in the hotel more days because of work issues, it is a paradise in the middle of mountains I congratulate all the employees because they deserve it, my wife is delighted with the treatment received.

It's exceptional. There's no way you're going to dislike anything.

It is a beautifully appointed hotel. Fabulous big rooms with balconies and very luxurious bathrooms. Spa bath, separate shower and toilet rooms.

Nothing really, although indoor pool was not in operation when we were there.

The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Sant Esteve Church.
